A WELL-KNOWN on Wilderspool Causeway is up for sale.
The Causeway pub can be bought for £350,000.
It was taken over in March 2021 by owners with plans to make the pub part of the community again and bring families back to the venue.
They wanted to change the street appeal of the pub and did so by planting several flower beds.
The three-storey building has held live music performances and karaoke nights and introduced new artists to the gigging scene in the past year.
It is a spacious pub with an outside area and a beer patio to the front.
There is also a customer car park providing around 25 spaces and a garage.
As well as The Causeway, the former Golden Lion pub, which had been converted into a fireplace showroom is also still up for sale.
The Knutsford Road property can be bought for £425,000.
And so too is Level on Rylands Street.
The bar is asking for offers in excess of £425,000.
It is let on a lease until 2027 although the business is not for sale as part of the deal.
The three-storey building includes storage on the second floor.
