THIS is what a Tim Hortons chief had to say about its new Gemini 8 restaurant in town.

During a first-look at the former Frankie and Benny’s venue, Kevin Hydes, chief commercial officer for Tim Hortons in the UK expressed his delight to be opening another restaurant in Warrington tomorrow, Friday.

The Canadian chain’s latest addition to Warrington follows on from the site at Golden Square which opened in 2017.

He said: “We are thrilled and we can’t wait to open on Friday morning.

“We’ve been in the Golden Square for about four years now and our restaurant there is still performing incredibly well for us and we have lots of regular customers.

“We have found there has been a huge demand for the Tim Hortons brand in this area and particularly for a drive-thru location so here it is.”

Upon opening at 7am, the first person in the drive-thru and in-store will receive free drinks for a year – a prize worth £3,100.

The first 100 people will also receive a free breakfast.

Kevin added: “Breakfast is a really important part of the Tim Hortons business and we have incredible value for customers.

“Beyond breakfast, we have a great range of lunch and doughnuts too.”

Kevin encourages new and existing customers to come to the retail park to give this Tim Hortons a try.

“Hopefully the customers will come down and try Tim Hortons,” added Kevin.

“If they haven’t been to a Tim Hortons before, please come down and give us a go.

“Equally, if they have been and they know us, come down to our new venue. We have a fantastic restaurant with lots of seats to relax and enjoy yourself.
