A BUSINESS established in Warrington more than ten years ago is rebranding and plans to offer a place for families to get advice and support.

Supportive Sloths North West, formerly Warrington, Wigan and St Helens Sling and Cloth Nappy Library, has supported ‘thousands’ of families and continues to do so.

The business organises regular meet-ups for families, and has just hosted their first one of the year at Parents in Bloom in Warrington Market.

The company provides the opportunity to learn how to use slings, hire them and meet other parents.

It has over 200 slings and carriers for newborns right up to pre-school age and it also offers a free scheme for newborns - a ‘stretchy wrap’ free for four weeks.

They also have cloth nappy kits available for hire so families can try out different styles and brands before purchasing their own.

Bespoke kits are also offered as well as different types of options.

The team have helped thousands of families over the years to find their ideal sling or bay carrier – in a large variety of circumstances, including premature babies or ones with significant health issues.

Adele Pye, a consultant at the firm, said: “We are delighted to also be able to offer cloth nappy support and hopefully help families save money as well as the planet!

“All with our relaxed and patient attitude, perfectly summed up by the sloth!
