AN abandoned town centre building will be auctioned off later this month.
The property on Winwick Street close to Warrington Central has a guide price of £50,000.
It will go under the hammer in an online auction on January 19.
The building, which has been empty for more than a decade, is described as needing refurbishment and structural repairs.
The brochure said "A vacant end terrace retail property extending to approximately 188 Sq M (225 Sq Yds) over ground and two upper floors.
"The property requires refurbishment and structural repairs and may be suitable for a variety of uses, subject to obtaining the necessary consents."
