A FORMER jewellers in Warrington town centre has been put on the market.
The 2,400sq ft commercial unit on Bridge Street which previously housed Lepps Ltd has been put up for sale.
It is due to be auction off online next month with a guide price of £125,000.
A grade two-listed site, a posting by estate agents Pugh and Company Ltd advertising the sale states that the four-storey building ‘may be suitable for a number of uses subject to obtaining the necessary consents’.
The auction takes place on Wednesday, January 19.
