A Latchford teen has been jailed after subjecting his victim to a ‘degrading’ assault and harassing her.
Jordan Lee Risley appeared before Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Friday after being convicted of assault, harassment, causing criminal damage to property and breaching a restraining and community order.
The 19-year-old assaulted the victim on Kings North, Padgate, causing her injuries and leaving her in her bra – while also destroying her phone.
Risley also left the victim over 100 messages within a ‘short period of time’, breaching both a restraining order and community order which were in place against the same person.
The magistrates committed Risley to detention in a young offender institution for 38 weeks and he was ordered to pay £200 in victim compensation.
