THE £110,000 refurbishment of a Subway store in Warrington is now complete and it has reopened.

After shutting on November 1 and opening its doors again on Saturday, the Latchford sandwich store has had an overhaul with a modern design.

And, they even got the mascot down for some pictures.

David Gray, franchisee of the store, said: “Myself and the team are excited with the new investment to our Subway Latchford restaurant.

“We have re-modelled with our fresh, forward design. It’s a modern, bright and relaxing environment where our guests can enjoy our freshly made sandwiches, cookies and coffee.

“A designated delivery system has been applied to the back of the house to manage the increased level of sales within our third-party delivery partners – Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo.

“This will help us provide both our online and in-store guests with a welcoming experience.
