THE under 9s at Warrington RUFC are ready to play in their shiny, new kit thanks to a sponsor from a Stockton Heath firm.

After missing out on many months of team sports, the youngsters are excited to be starting this season.

They have months of fixtures coming up, including games against local teams from Southport, Macclesfield and Bowdon.

And now they can showcase their fresh new kit, thanks to X-Press Legal Services.

Russell Welch, director of X-Press Legal Services said: “The boys are thrilled to be back on the pitch and ready to play again.

“They missed out on learning and playing throughout the pandemic, and it is so important to get them back in their boots and back in the mud!

“I know parents have missed watching their children play, as my own boys are on the team, and we are all so happy to see them learning whilst also having fun.

“We can’t wait to be spending Sunday mornings on the pitch again- it’s the little things we have all missed. Maybe we will soon realise we haven’t missed the rain and the mud so much…”

The X-Press Legal Services team were also ‘delighted’ to sponsor Parkdale Puma’s girls under 12s team.
