STOCKTON Heath featured in a recent episode of Channel 4’s Location, Location, Location.

The TV house hunting show came to the village as retired couple, Tom and Anne, looked for homes in Cheshire.

The pair, who had a budget of £600,000, had already looked at 40 properties and were looking for a home between Warrington and Macclesfield.

The Stockton Heath home was the third and final property that the couple had viewed on the episode.

They were happy with the four-bed home which ticked a number of boxes, but preferred the first property they viewed.

Anne said: 'It's gorgeous. It's really nice.

“The garden is small but the patio is big.”

Tom wasn’t so impressed. He added: “The garden is too small for the grandkids to run around in.”

Tom and Anne eventually had an offer of £615,000 on the first property which they viewed in Tytherington.
