The plans for the new restaurant front
PLANS submitted to Warrington Borough Council have revealed what Stockton Heath’s new Bangladeshi restaurant will look like.
Applications were approved by the council in June to reopen the former award-winning Chinese restaurant, Little Box of Treats, which closed in December 2020 after owner, Sue Kelly, decided to start a new chapter in her life.
The new Walton Road eatery, Monpura Ltd, is set to have a dining area on the ground floor with the kitchen on the first floor.
It will offer a dine-in experience as well as takeaways.
It is the latest of new eateries to open in the village, following Rudy’s Pizza, Tomahawk Steakhouse and The Little Desert Shop.
It is opening in the former Little Box of Treats site
