The festival is the brainchild of Simon Moran – the founder of SJM Concerts and a former Woolston High student.

His team are putting the finishing touches to the transformation of Victoria Park which includes three stages – the Main Stage, the Big Top and the Viola Beach Stage – before around 25,000 people descend on the Latchford site each day.
There will also be plenty of other quirky features like The Neighbourhood Inn pub, DJ sets at The Corner Shop and new this year The Library silent discos.

This year, the Neighbourhood headliners are Glaswegian singer-songwriter and live favourite Gerry Cinnamon, indie giants James and anthemic rockers Catfish and the Bottlemen.
