JAMES Guy just couldn't hold back the tears.
His face was wet not just from the water in the pool as he and his Team GB colleagues won the 4x200m freestyle relay gold medal in style at the Tokyo Aquatics Centre in the early hours of this morning.
And then he unloaded again during the medal ceremony.

It was his first gold medal success in his second Olympic Games for the former Cardinal Newman High School student.
