A PUB building which offers a ‘development opportunity’ has been listed for sale in Warrington.
The Coach and Horses in Sankey Bridges has been put on the property market, inviting offers of more than £350,000.
The Old Liverpool Road watering hole sits on a 6,000 square foot site and is freehold in tenure.
It was previously listed for sale in October, but has since ‘unexpectedly’ been placed back on the market.
According to Hatton-based estate agents Read Property Associates, the pub is in a ‘prime location’ in a ‘well-established commercial and residential area with significant and expanding usable housing’ approximately 1.5 miles west of Warrington town centre.
The property brochure states the site boasts roadside frontage and a period building with allocated car parking spaces.
It also offers living accommodation comprising of a lounge room, four double bedrooms, a living area, kitchen and two bathrooms.
The brochure adds that the site is suitable for multiple uses subject to the appropriate planning consent being sought.
