OLIVE Tree Brasserie in Stockton Heath has offered a sneak peek of how its 'sun trap' roof terrace is expected to look with work in 'full swing'.
The Greek and Mediterranean eatery in London Road submitted a proposal to Warrington Borough Council in March to transform part of the former Lloyds Bank that is not being used.
It is partly to enhance the offer at the restaurant but also address a 'loss of substantial income' due to the Covid era.
The launch date is anticipated to be in mid August.
On Facebook, a spokesperson said: "You may have heard on the grapevine about our upcoming roof terrace, well the work is in full swing, and here's a sneaky peek just for you.
"We just can't wait to be greeting you up here, an absolute sun trap, cocktails, ice-cold beers, and Greek food."
