A WOMAN has been banned from a number of convenience stores by a court order.
Helen Robinson, from Whitecross, was handed a criminal behaviour order at Warrington Magistrates Court on Thursday, June 17.
This followed a conviction for theft in November last year.
The CBO bars the 46-year-old from entering any McColls store in Warrington, as well as P&S Late Shop on Folly Lane in Bewsey, for the next three years.
Robinson, of Ripley Street, also must not ‘secrete any item about her person’ before paying in any retail premises or ‘behave in a manner which causes harassment, alarm or distress or encourage and person to do so’ anywhere in Cheshire’.
