A WELL-KNOWN property in Warrington town centre has been put up for auction.
This former retail unit on the junction of Winwick Street and Haydock Street, which has been a KFC and hairdressers but has been empty for some time, will go under the hammer next month.
It has a guide price of £95,000 and will be sold at an online public auction on June 23.

The listing says: "The property requires some refurbishment and improvement works, to include partial replacement of the suspended timber ground floor.
"The property may be suitable for alternative uses, subject to obtaining the necessary consents."
