A Warrington fitness studio has welcomed back fitness fans after lockdown, promising to make sure that customers are “not just a number”.

Sana Fitness, at Gateway 49 off Winwick Road, reopened its doors last month, on April 12, allowing people to use their Covid-safe equipment, having been open for business for just three months in the past year.

Dad-of-two Gavin Baker, is the owner and moving into his sixth year with Sana Fitness, and he offers personalised fitness programmes that are tailor-made to suit customers.

Gavin, who is 36 and from St Helens, said: “When you come to Sana Fitness, you’re not just a number.

“We don’t give people inductions and then say ‘off you go’, letting them wander around the equipment without really having an idea of what they want to do.

“We look after our clients and set challenges that are right for each person.

“This isn’t a boot – it’s all personalised around fitness levels and nutrition is designed around people and their individual lifestyles.

“We want to show customers how they can finally achieve and keep the results they really want.”

Warrington Guardian:

Pre-Covid-19, the gym was able to cater for 28 people wanting to workout but under current restrictions this number has reduced to 14 with two coaches working during each session.

Every customer has their own workout station with all the equipment they need to complete their training goals and a booking system has been introduced to ensure they meet government guidelines.

Sana Fitness is open for five sessions a day at 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 5.30pm and 6.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with clients being encouraged to rest on Wednesdays and walk at the weekends to reach their 70,000 steps a day target.
