Long delays on M6 near Winwick after lane closed
THERE are long delays on the M6 this morning, Thursday, after a lane was closed.
One lane was shut between junction 24 at Ashton and 25 at Bryn on the northbound carriageway.
This is in the roadworks area. It was reopened around 8.10am
But queues stretch five miles and are back to junction 22 at Winwick.
Delays of around half an hour are being reported.
