ONE man was stabbed and another suffered head and shoulders injuries in a brawl in Widnes.
Police were called to a disturbance in Mersey Road in West Bank at around 1.30am on Bank Holiday Monday.
A Cheshire Police spokesman said: “On arrival police found one man with minor injuries to his head and shoulders.
“Following a search of the area, another man was found with a laceration wound to his head.
“Both men were taken to hospital by ambulance for treatment for their injuries.
“No complaints have been made by those involved. “
Enquiries are ongoing in relation to the incident.
