WARRINGTON Hospital has recorded no new coronavirus deaths for a third straight day.
The good news was issued this afternoon, Thursday, by Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
It means that the hospital’s Covid-19 death toll remains at 495.
Currently, 26 beds at the hospital are occupied by Covid-positive patients, of which three are in the intensive care unit.

Two more patients have been discharged from the Lovely Lane site in the past 24 hours after recovering from coronavirus.
This brings the discharge total to date to 1,951.
Since the start of the pandemic, the trust has conducted 82,334 tests for Covid-19, with 5,353 returning a positive result.
