SHOPPERS heading to Next at Gemini will now also be able to buy plants from home and garden giant Homebase.
The Warrington store is one of six pilot locations across the country where Homebase and Next have teamed up.
The deal coincides with non-essential shops reopening today, Monday.
Both stores are hoping to take advantage of many consumer spending more on their gardens during lockdown.
Homebase will have staff at Next to help shoppers/
Damian McGloughlin, CEO Homebase, said: “We’re delighted to be joining forces with Next and bringing our garden products and expertise to its stores.
"It’s all part of our wider commitment to make shopping with us easier and provide even more inspiration and expert advice. We’re a great nation of gardeners, with more and more people enjoying the benefits of gardening and being outside."
Six Homebase garden centres will open in Next stores in Shoreham, Ipswich, Warrington, Camberley, Bristol and Sheffield.
