DARYL Clark has held talks with the Gold Coast Titans about a move to the NRL, according to reports in Australia.
However, the same NRL.com story says the Titans' offer will have to improve in order to entice the hooker to leave Warrington Wolves.
Former Man of Steel Clark has been at The Halliwell Jones Stadium since 2015 and is contracted to the club until the end of the 2023 campaign.
Next year, Daryl Powell – the man under whom Clark was playing at Castleford when he won Super League's top individual honour in 2014 – will join The Wire as head coach and the England international is sure to play a key part in his plans.
However, Titans boss Justin Holbrook, former coach of St Helens, is believed to have spoken to the 28-year-old about joining his side.
The report also claims Canterbury Bulldogs are interested in taking Clark to Australia.
