A MULTI-million-pound office refurbishment has been revealed.

Office space provider Pure Offices has unveiled the new £2million look of its Lakeview building on Centre Park.

The company acquired the premises in September 2019, and has undertaken an ‘extensive redevelopment’ of the 30,000sq ft space since.

And the building now boasts 43 separate, serviced offices catering for business with employee numbers ranging from one to 50.

Pure Offices’ ‘state-of-the-art’ site also features business lounges and meeting rooms as well as air conditioning, onsite parking, round the clock access, superfast broadband and an outdoor courtyard overlooking the business park’s lake.

Warrington Guardian:

Around 10 per cent of the offices in the building have already been reserved ahead of its April 15 reopening date.

Business centre manager Sophie Dutton said: “We are extremely excited to add Lakeview to our existing portfolio of Pure properties.

“Warrington is a thriving hub in the north west region with an ever-growing business community.

“This site is ideally positioned for businesses to take advantage of the stunning views and excellent transport links to other major cities.

“Our offices have been designed to help businesses transition back into office working, providing flexible, affordable workspaces that have been refurbished to an extremely high standard.

“The spaces are warm and welcoming, with plenty of natural light.

“Air conditioning comes as standard, as well as multiple lounges giving occupiers and their team a choice of areas to work from.

“We understand that, more than ever, there is a need for flexibility – we offer short-term flexible contracts as standard.

“We provide on-site management to take care of the building and we also have Covid-compliancy sorted, to again take any worry or concerns away from any of our business owners.

“We will be hosting regular events, when safe to do so, providing plenty of networking opportunities.”

Estilo Interiors carried out the refurbishment, which was ‘designed with the wellbeing of occupiers in mind’.

Pure Offices’ operations director Katie Whell added: “We don’t choose to invest in any site – we are not ashamed to say we are picky when it comes to which properties become Pure Offices.

“Warrington’s location sold it to us, and with more than £22million being invested in the town over the coming years as part of the town investment plan it was perfect timing for our next site to be here.

“Since we acquired the site, the world has changed a lot.

“However we have used this time to work extremely hard on revolutionising the building, its interior and its outside space.

“We’ve already seen flurries of interested parties with some of the offices already reserved, so we feel confident that as lockdown restrictions slowly start to ease we will see many more local and regional firms exploring what Pure can offer.

“We understand that many businesses have felt the pinch during the pandemic, that’s why our offering is so appealing – no long contracts or complicated terms, we’re clear, transparent and affordable.

“I am excited to see our new site flourish and be filled with creative, dynamic and progressive businesses.”
