HUNDREDS of Warrington families have been devastated by the loss of a loved one to coronavirus.

More than 470 people have died at Warrington & Halton Hospitals NHS Trust alone over the past 12 months as a result of contracting Covid-19 and tragically that number is still rising.

The Warrington Guardian wants to honour the memory of those who have died during the pandemic.

We are planning to mark the one-year anniversary of the first lockdown with a very special supplement to be published on Thursday, March 25.

We want to provide an historical record of the town’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic for readers to be able to keep and hopefully pass down to their children/grandchildren for them to look back at in years to come.

And as part of that we want to pay a special tribute to those who have sadly lost their lives to the virus.

If you would like your loved one to be included in our special tribute edition, please fill in the form below.

Thank you to everyone who has already taken the time to send in a tribute which we are planning to include in this feature.

Please note that we will be closing entries for this special feature on Sunday, March 14 at 10pm.

Please note that we require full details to be completed in the submission form in order for the tribute to be considered for publication.
