A WARRINGTON business is bucking the national trend and recruiting for 50 people with or without sector experience.
Home Instead Warrington and Lymm, a company that provides at-home care, is looking for new caregivers to meet an increase in demand due to the pandemic.
Home Instead employs caregivers who come from a range of sectors; a warm heart and desire to make a difference is prized over previous experience. The company provides services from companionship through to personal care and specialised dementia care.
Melissa Critchley, owner of Home Instead Warrington, says: “We understand the huge impact the virus is having on the local economy and the added stress for those people across the area whose future employment is uncertain. That’s why we are pleased to be able to offer caregiving roles to 50 enthusiastic and kind people.
“We welcome applicants from all walks of life, care experience is not essential as we will give you the training and support you need.”
