TRIBUTES have been paid to a supermarket manager who has died in a car crash aged 26.
Kieran Bailey, who was the store manager at the Aldi branch in Stockton Heath, was killed after an accident in Middlewich on Sunday morning.
In a statement, his family said: “Kieran was a popular young man and touched the lives of so many.
“He will be sadly missed by his partner Jack, mum Melanie, dad Tim, brother Colby, their families and his many friends and work colleagues.”
The shop was closed on Sunday morning following the tragic accident.
Mr Bailey, who was originally from Crewe but lived in Middlewich, was pronounced dead at the scene after his black BMW was involved in a collision with a white Nissan van on King Street in the town shortly after 6am on January 24.
His family are being supported by specialist police officers.
Cheshire Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash to come forward.
