Warrington lockdown: The virtual Christmas market

So, after an appeal for small businesses and sole traders in Warrington to get in touch, we have created a comprehensive 'virtual Christmas market' to help see them through the coronavirus.

We also hope readers find plenty of festive shopping inspiration with many of the unique gift ideas below.

Illustrator Alison Levy grew up in Warrington and now creates illustrated maps of villages in the north west.

She said: "I lost my design job at the beginning of lockdown and consequently started selling my illustrations online, which has since turned into a successful Etsy business.
