A WOMAN has appeared in court after stealing items from a number of vehicles in Warrington, including a wetsuit, trolley token and a George Ezra CD.

Jane Barry, 42, of Brick Street, attended Warrington Magistrates' Court on Monday, charged with a series of thefts from vehicles on August 28.

From one vehicle, the court heard how Barry stole a Santander card, David Lloyd gym card, USB cable, Ray Ban glasses, small bottle of aftershave, Arnold Clark trolley token, Zoggs bag, chewing gum, wetsuit, head torch, compass, small change and a George Ezra CD.

The court was told that other items stolen from a further three vehicles included a prescription, Liverpool football kits, rucksack, sat nav, 12V cigarette lighter, Tiffany sunglasses and an Adidas tracksuit top.

Barry's guilty plea was taken into account when passing sentence.

She was fined £50 and handed a community order, which included treatment for drug dependency and a rehabilitation activity requirement.
