THERE have been no further deaths from coronavirus recorded at Wirral hospitals, NHS England has confirmed today.
It means the total number of people who have passed away in Wirral University Teaching Hospital after testing positive for the virus since the pandemic began continues to remain at 238.
There has been no increase in almost four weeks.
Nationally, a further five people, who tested positive for Covid-19 have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 29,352.
Patients were aged between 66 and 95 years old. All had known underlying health conditions.
Their families have been informed.
