A WOMAN has been fined after throwing chairs inside Warrington Police Station and assaulting officers.
Sarah Blackburn attacked two policemen during the incident at the Arpley Street station on Saturday, May 9.
The 33-year-old, of James Lee House, then damaged property at Cheshire Police’s custody suite in Runcorn.
She admitted two counts of assaulting an emergency services worker and criminal damage during a hearing at Warrington Magistrates Court last month.
Blackburn handed a £240 fine and told to pay court costs of £85 plus a £34 victim surcharge.
This sum will be deducted from her benefits.
