LOCKDOWN has seen many of us spending more time in our gardens than ever before – and with the spare hours available to make sure they have never looked better.

Some of those lucky enough to have their own outdoor spaces at home have been able to focus on improving those neglected lawns and brightening up boring borders and flower beds.

Maybe you have created a vegetable patch or given an existing one some much-needed care and attention.

Or perhaps you have a stunning floral display that is befitting a flower show.

Maybe, you’ve even gone a step further and been very creative – by transforming a shed, creating a "man cave", building an outdoor bar or making somewhere special for the kids to play.

With the lockdown restrictions easing from Monday, meaning socially-distanced gatherings of six people from different households can take place outside, these garden spaces are likely to become even more important to some families.

So we want to see your pictures of the gardens and open spaces you are proud of.

Maybe you have got a before and after shot showing a transformation?

How ever big or small if you have a garden you are proud of send us your pictures and a selection of them will feature in a gallery of your Best Lockdown Gardens.
