ONE more patient has sadly died at Warrington Hospital after testing positive for Covid-19.
The brings the Trust's death toll to 117.
As of 5pm on Tuesday, 762 Warrington residents have now tested positive for the virus which is an increase of four since Monday.
At least 94 people in care homes across the town have also died due to Covid-19, bringing the town's overall death toll to 211.
Across England, a further 183 people who tested positive for the virus have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals to 26,049.
Patients were aged between 43 and 101 years old and 44 of these deaths were in the north west.
Two of the 183 patients (aged 81 and 91) had no known underlying health condition.
