THE team at Warrington Youth Club has launched a new fundraiser to help families in need across the town.

On International Day of Families, Warrington Youth Club announced their new 'Dress Up, Hang Out' appeal for their Zone to Home project which aims to bring food, toiletries and activity resources to families who need them most.

But they need your help to do it.

The club is asking residents to dress up in their most fancy or silliest clothes while hanging out the washing.

Once done, you can donate as little as £5 to the youth club's vital appeal and nominate three people you know to try it too.

The High Sheriff of Cheshire, Nick Hopkinson, has kickstarted the appeal.

He said: "This is a bit of fun for the youth club who are working harder than ever for all the young people in the town and raising funds is more difficult than ever.

"Be generous, have fun, stay safe and we will see you on the other side of Covid-19."

You can donate online through the Virgin MoneyGiving Page or by texting WYCLUB 5 to donate £5, WYCLUB 10 to donate £10 or WYCLUB 20 to donate £20 on 70085.
