WARRINGTON Wolves forward Mike Cooper has helped to source more than 100,000 pieces of protective equipment for key workers.
As reported by the Warrington Guardian last month, the homegrown prop is supporting those on the frontline of the fight against coronavirus with his clothing companies 1895 Sports and Bubble Custom.
And the England international has now revealed that his efforts have seen more than 100,000 pieces of personal protective equipment (PPE) delivered to care home, councils and businesses in need.
In an Instagram post, Cooper said: “Time to reflect on what has been the busiest week for myself and Bubble Custom.
“We have sourced more than 100,000 PPE supplies for companies across the UK.
“In such a tough time for everyone, I’m very proud how the team has evolved using our contacts across the globe to help where we can.
“If you need anything for your company, council, care home or medical team then please let me know and we will do what we can.”
