THIS is the heartwarming moment a patient from Runcorn is applauded out of the intensive care unit at Warrington Hospital after recovering from Covid-19.
The female patient, named Julie, is wheeled out of the unit and given a guard of honour by staff.
She is recovering from Covid-19 but no longer requires care on ICU.
The Trust has not yet released information concerning the number of patients who have recovered from the coronavirus but if they do, we will be sure to publish it.
