A SUPPORT hub has opened in a Westbrook pub to help vulnerable people in the community.
The Westbrook, Callands and Kingswood support group was started by resident Lesley Farrington who quickly teamed up with Seven Woods Warrington to form a community hub.
To ensure no one is left behind during the coronavirus outbreak, the support group wants people in the community to know that help is just a phone call away.
A group of 125 volunteers have now delivered leaflets across the Callands, Westbrook and Kingswood so that people know where to find the support.
The pub is the central hub where residents can drop off donations.
Items such as tinned and dried foods, toilet paper, children's medicine, kitchen towel, UHT milk, tea and coffee, pet food and cleaning products would be appreciated.
The hub is open Monday and Thursday from 3pm until 4.30pm for people to drop of donations.
