PLANS to help self-employed workers will be revealed tomorrow, Thursday the Prime Minister has announced.
People are still being urged to remain at home in the latest news conference.
Boris Johnson has addressed the public telling them to stay at home to ‘slow the spread of the disease’.
He also confirmed that chancellor Rishi Sunak will outline plans to help self-employed workers tomorrow.
A total of 405,000 people have signed up to the government’s NHS volunteer drive.
The Prime Minister said: “People must stay at home, with your help we will slow the spread of the disease.
“Thank everyone who has taken on this advice.
“Stay at home, protect the NHS and save lives.”
Eight people are now confirmed to have the virus in Warrington.
Sadly, one man in his 50s died on Thursday after contracting the virus.
Warrington remains one of the least affected areas in the country in terms of numbers of confirmed cases.
