A Christmas Eve assault on a train has landed a man with a two-month curfew.
Dylon Curwen, 25, of Dalzell Street, Moor Row, pleaded guilty to assault before North and West Cumbria Magistrates Court on Friday.
The court heard Curwen assaulted a woman at Bransty, Whitehaven, on the train from Carlisle, on December 24.
Curwen must also attend up to 25 rehabilitation activity days and was handed a restraining order.
He will also have to pay £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.
