A MAN was arrested after he was caught carrying a knuckle duster in the town centre.
Police detained the suspect in the Cockhedge Centre yesterday, Thursday, after a tip-off from a member of the public.
He was held on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and drugs offences, and remains in custody today, Friday.
