How Warrington town centre has changed since the 70s
THIS week, we have decided to take a look at the changing face of Warrington town centre.
The new Time Square development is way under way.
But what of the last big change, when Golden Square was built in the 1970s and much of Warrington was pedestrianised.
We have used some of our favourite pictures from the 1970s with the same views today.
