BUSINESSES across Warrington are set to benefit from an improved radio system to increase safety in the town centre.
Warrington BID (Business Improvement District) have negotiated a reduced three-year contract to rent radio systems connecting offices, retailers, restaurants, clubs and pubs with CCTV, Police and Street Pastors.
The new contract means that from February 1 renting a radio from M.R.S Communications will be more affordable and this will enable new businesses to join the scheme.
Businesses in the town wanting to sign up should contact the BID at warringtonbid@groundwork.org.uk .
