A MAN has been spared jail after attacking a six-year-old girl.
Leszek Krawczyk assaulted his neighbour and her young daughter during an incident in Bewsey in February last year.
Last Wednesday, January 8, he was handed a 20-week imprisonment suspended for a year at Warrington Magistrates Court having been found guilty of two counts of assault.
The 46-year-old, now of St Helens, was also told to carry out 50 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £500 court costs, £200 in compensation and a £115 victim surcharge.
Polish national Krawczyk is also banned from contacting his victims for the next five years after magistrates imposed a restraining order, as well as a rehabilitation activity requirement of up to 20 days.
