A PUBLIC consultation is taking place after Warrington Borough Council's housing company proposed the development of 90 houses and apartments in Great Sankey.

Incrementum Housing announced the development on the former Sycamore Lane Community Primary School site in May.

A public exhibition is taking place at Kings Community Centre on Thursday, January 16 between 6pm and 8pm.

This will be an opportunity for residents to ask questions and raise their views.

The development is intended to provide 'high quality, energy efficient homes for rent on the open market' according to documents.
