Popular indie four piece Flynt take to the stage in Carlisle tonight.
The Whitehaven-based band bring their clever melodies and driving rhythms to the Old Fire Station.
The band made their debut in June 2017 with their single Julia and since then they have been building a fan base with gigs throughout Cumbria, Manchester, and Leeds.
Since then, they have played as part of Radio1’s ‘Introducing’ strand and Kendal Calling, appeared at Glasgow’s TRNSMT Festival and were stars of the show at this summer’s Eskfest.
Their live session series The Committee Sessions clicked up over 50,000 streams and in September they were invited to record at the BBC Maida Vale studios and were named on the “One To Watch 2020” list.
They have just released their latest single, the funk-driven I Need A Minute.
Support is from fellow Whitehaven band Reptilians and Penrith singer songwriter Melanie Baker.
