A FRAUDSTER who falsely claimed her dad had died in order to avoid paying council tax, a waiter who blinded a colleague at an Indian restaurant and a burglar who broke into his nextdoor neighour's house while he was in hospital were among the Warrington criminals brought to justice in November.

Other defendants appearing in November included a conman who swindled his friends out of more than £60,000, a stalker who broke into his ex-girlfriend's house while she was in the shower and a serial offender who threatened to stab a pregnant woman on a train.
