PUPILS formed a circle of friendship around their school field to mark Anti-Bullying Week.
St Oswald’s Catholic Primary School in Padgate held a series of events on Tuesday, November 12, as part of the annual national awareness campaign.
Youngsters at the Padgate Lane site wore odd socks for the day – symbolising that while people may look different to one another, they are actually the same.
Then, after lunch, the whole school joined hands to form a frineship circle around the daily mile running track.
Staff and pupils alike took part in the touching gesture in order to take a stand against bullying.
