PLANS for 19 new apartments in Glazebrook have been revealed.
Offices at Mount Pleasant Farm, on Glazebrook Lane, will be converted under the plans – with an application for planning permission lodged with Warrington Borough Council.
Built in 1851, the building was previously used as a residential property before becoming an office space in 1990.
The premises were formerly occupied by engineering support company Make UK, but have been vacant since April.
Twelve two-bedroom and seven one-bedroom flats would be created at the site as part of the proposals.
A consultation on the plans runs until Wednesday, October 23.
