DARYL Clark has been voted Warrington Wolves’ player of the season by readers of the Warrington Guardian.

As a result of our man of the match polls run after every game this campaign, the hooker won the overall award by a landslide margin.

It is another individual accolade in an excellent season for the 26-year-old, who won the Lance Todd Trophy for his display in the Challenge Cup Final win over St Helens and has also been named in this year's Super League Dream Team.

So far, Clark has amassed 161 points – far clear of second-placed Blake Austin.

Stefan Ratchford – who won last year’s inaugural award – ranks third.
