Marc Navarro is set to finally complete his loan move from Watford to Leganes after he was given the green light by the Hornets.
The Watford Observer has been told that the player is currently in Tangier, Morocco with the La Liga club, where they are playing in a pre-season friendly against Ittihad Tanger on Saturday, July 27.
Navarro is believed to have flown out to join up with his new team-mates on the morning of Tuesday, July 24 and an announcement is expected before the end of the week.
Leganes have been interested in completing the deal for most of the summer, but Navarro's participation in the Hornets' pre-season trip to Austria held things up.
The 24-year-old has now been allowed to leave for the season.
It is believed there is no option to buy in place, despite Leganes requesting one be put into the contract.
