THREE casualties have been rushed to hospital after a car was overturned in a crash in Collins Green.
Pennington Lane is currently closed near to the junction with Penkford Lane following the accident shortly after 2.30pm today, Tuesday.
A Ford Focus and a Mini Cooper were involved in the crash, with one of the vehicles ending up on its side in a field.
One person was cut from a car by firefighters, with three casualties injured in total.

They were treated on scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital for further checks.
A North West Ambulance Service spokesman said that all three were ‘conscious and breathing’.
Anyone with information is urged to call Merseyside Police on 101, quoting incident number 537.
